Creativity heals: a workshop for children in the Dergachiv community

Recently, the team of the Charitable Foundation ‘Civic Initiative – Who but we!’ held an exciting creative workshop for children of the Dergachiv community.

The aim of the workshop was to help children express their emotions through art and support their psychological health.

During the workshop, the children:
* Created bright artworks.
* Learned new creative techniques.
* Communicated and shared their impressions with their peers.
* Developed imagination and fine motor skills.

‘I didn’t even know that I could draw so well!’, a young participant shared her impressions.
Such events are especially important for children who have gone through difficult times, as creativity helps them express their feelings and find inner peace.

We thank all the participants for their openness and wonderful works!

This creative workshop was held within the framework of the project ‘Strengthening psychosocial support and protection of children and other vulnerable groups in the communities of Kharkiv region affected by the military conflict’.
The project is implemented under the CLEAR Programme, implemented by Global Communities and funded by USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance.
